A while back, I visited a much-recommended restaurant in the south of Spain that I have frequented a lot over the years. It is a temple of good steaks and excellent wine to pair. However, I often fancy a beer as an aperitivo, something “para abrir boca”, as they say in Spanish, but I have always found the beer there most appalling.
